Hello and Welcome,
Something has brought you here today. You may have spent years wondering why some things feel harder than they seem for others, or why certain patterns of thoughts, feelings or behaviours have followed you for as long as you can remember.
Whether you have been navigating anxiety, burnout, trauma, parenthood, hormonal change, or are wondering about neurodivergence, you don't need to have all the answers before you begin.
At Seed Psychology Services, I offer an approach grounded in connection, curiosity and compassion and seek genuine understanding of you and your lived experiences. Individual therapy, EMDR, and neuroaffirming ADHD and autism assessments for adults are accessible via telehealth across Australia. I will meet you where you are.
I believe insight and lasting change grows from feeling safe enough to explore your experiences without judgement. Together, we can make space for your story and find a way forward that feels aligned with who you genuinely are.
If you are ready to explore, understand and feel seen, please get in touch.
Warmly,
Yvette EriksenRegistered Psychologist

Navigate change
Whether you're navigating mental health challenges, seeking answers, healing from difficult experiences, or simply wanting to understand yourself more deeply, therapy can provide a space to make sense of your experiences and move towards a life that feels more authentic and fulfilling.
EMDR Therapy
When difficult experiences continue to affect the present, EMDR can help the brain and nervous system process what has remained unresolved.
EMDR (eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing) is an evidence-based therapy that supports the integration of distressing memories and emotions, helping reduce their intensity and create space for healing and meaningful change.

Values & Approach
I believe people deserve to be seen,
heard and understood.
Across more than fifteen years of practice, I have learnt that meaningful change rarely comes from applying a single technique. It begins with understanding the whole person - their experiences, relationships, nervous system, strengths, values and the context in which their life has unfolded.
Whether I'm providing therapy or conducting an assessment, my role is to listen carefully, notice patterns that may have been present for many years, integrate information thoughtfully and collaboratively, and help you make sense of your experiences. Together, we develop an understanding that is grounded in evidence while remaining deeply respectful of your unique story.
My work is compassionate, trauma-informed, neuroaffirming and grounded in an understanding of the nervous system and its role in shaping our thoughts, emotions, behaviours and relationships.
My therapy approach is collaborative and responsive to your individual needs. Rather than following a one-size-fits-all model, I draw from a range of evidence-based approaches to create therapy that feels meaningful, practical and tailored to you.
Depending on your goals and needs, I may integrate approaches including EMDR, Polyvagal-informed therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness and somatic strategies. Therapy is always tailored to you, rather than expecting you to fit a particular model.
I am committed to creating a respectful, inclusive and culturally safe therapeutic space. I welcome people of all cultural backgrounds, faiths and spiritual beliefs, all genders, sexual orientations and family structures, and strive to provide affirming care for LGBTQIA+ individuals. My aim is for every person who enters therapy to feel accepted, respected and valued for who they are.
I look forward to meeting you,
